NO
Class-E teams as well as the rest of the Class-D teams as this will be
up to your District Commissioner who will be in contact with his
deputies, player reps and league directors to get clarification to try
to make the rest of the teams as competitive as possible in whatever
class they all feel suits their teams the best.
