Requirements:
· Teams must qualify to participate through state, regional or territorial qualifier tournaments.
· Official Entry Forms for all PA teams participating in any National or Eastern National Championship must be processed by Tina Sanders, ASA of PA State JO Commissioner.
· Teams must be individually registered thru REGISTERASA
· Players must provide ASA photo IDs.
· All adult members of teams must have and provide proof of ASA background check.
· At least 1 coach must have and provide proof of ACE certification and be present at all games.
· Only ASA Official Championship Rosters will be accepted
o Rosters must be generated through REGISTERASA listing all individually registered players.
o Parents signatures required for all players under age 18.
o State/Metro Association Commissioners and District Commissioners or Designees signatures are required.
· Maximum of (3) Pick-up Players may be used. Subject to rules governing Pick-Up Players.
** Parents signatures on the official roster are required for those players under 18 years of age**
